Adonai Katsir provides music and ministry resources designed to uplift, encourage, and point people back to Christ. This policy explains how digital and physical items (when offered) are delivered.

1. Digital Products (Primary Delivery Method)

Most Adonai Katsir products are delivered digitally.
Digital purchases—including music files, downloads, and study resources—will be provided immediately through:

confirmation email
or account-based access (if applicable)

No physical shipment is required for digital items.
If you experience any issues accessing your content, please contact us and we will gladly assist.

2. Physical Products (As Applicable)

Physical items may be offered from time to time, such as CDs, printed materials, or ministry goods. When available, the following conditions apply:

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary and depend on the carrier. Estimated delivery windows:

Australia: 3–10 business days
International: varies (see Overseas Orders section)

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping information is correct.
We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to:

incorrect addresses
incomplete information
unclaimed packages

Damaged or Lost Items

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and description.
Lost-package resolutions will be handled case-by-case.
